Fruto Cafe has been ranked number six on South America’s 100 Best Coffee Shops 2025, a regional edition by The World’s Best Coffee Shops organization.12 The ranking was evaluated by over 200 professional judges, whose scores account for 70% of the final result, with public voting making up the remainder.2
Direct trade
Fruto was built on direct relationships with producers and precise roasting. The menu is not large. What they do, they do consistently. The baristas improve. The roasting profiles are refined. The relationships with producers deepen.
Expansion
In 2025, Fruto opened a second location: Fruto Cabrera, in a two-story house in Palermo Hollywood. The new space adds room for courses, tastings, and co-working, and includes their first in-house roasting operation—direct control over a critical part of the supply chain.
