Lambda, Aligned, and 3MI Labs at Rome Cryptography Week

Three portfolio companies attended the May 2026 cryptography week in Rome: LambdaClass, Aligned, and 3MI Labs. The week ran zkSummit 14 on May 7, zkProof 8 on May 9–10, and Eurocrypt 2026 on May 11–13.1

LambdaVM

At zkSummit 14, LambdaClass presented “LambdaVM: minimalistic and performant zkvm.” The talk covered the design philosophy of a new zero-knowledge virtual machine built along the same lines as the ethrex execution client.1 The codebase is at github.com/yetanotherco/lambda_vm.2

Joint attendance

LambdaClass and Aligned attended together. The Center on Cryptography and Distributed Systems at the University of Buenos Aires was present with the team. 3MI Labs is cited as a partner on conversations covering algebraic hash function security and post-quantum signatures.1
