Lotería de Río Negro and Lotería La Neuquina register their official draw results on SovraChain. Anyone can check that a published result has not been altered.1
Mechanism
Each night’s official list of winning numbers is hashed. The hash and its registration date are recorded on SovraChain through Sovra Trace. A verifier downloads the list, recomputes the hash, and compares it with the on-chain record. La Neuquina offers a public verifier for this. The system certifies the published results, not the conduct of the draw itself.1
Prize credentials
Río Negro, which has certified its results this way since 2024, extended the system to prizes in Quini 6, Loto 5, Telebingo Patagónico, and Pozo de la Quiniela. Winners receive a verifiable credential they can present to a bank, a notary, or a property registry. San Juan’s lottery is expected to follow.1
